32.5 Degree Suspension Mounts

MurfDogg Racing has developed these new 32.5 Degree suspension mounts for use with our new Losse Dirt line of cars. Precision machined of Aircraft Alloy Aluminum, these are the beefiest suspension mounts on the market. While made specifically for the new MurfDogg chassis, they also are a direct fit on other similar style chassis. To put the finishing touches on these parts, we anodized a beautiful black, for that clean, stealthy look.

In our own version of Goldilocks and the 3 Bears, our golden blonde Loose Dirt team captain Jay Landolt had an adventure of his own! We started with 35 degrees, but that just felt like too much. Next we tried 30 degrees, but it felt like it just wasn't enough. Then we tried 32.5 degrees and all the stars in the sky began to shine for our very own "Goldilocks". And Jay lived happily ever after...

Back to reality, these new parts are available now! Available in pairs or individually.

Part# SM-3201 - 32.5* Suspension Mount (1 piece) - $18.00
Part# SM-3202 - 32.5* Suspension Mount (2 pieces) - $35.00

Since the entire Spec World is changing over to Direct Drive maybe they could go back to having a DD class and let the rest of us hold over 3 gear guys try and scratch out a field, if not enough for a class run them together and award points for 3 gear and DD, right now I see far greater numbers of 3 gear than DD with DD being pushed and endorsed by manufacturers of aftermarket and a couple kit guys, in the long run I think it will only divied and hurt the hobby when both are allowed to run together and scored as one, if you are a DD guy, run with DD guys, if you are a 3 gear guy you should be able to run with 3 gear guys, not enough of each, run together and score seperetly.

SCT Body only ..no after market add ons wings spoilers or attachments are allowed on the body. No open wheel bodies.
No foam tires.
No aftermarket chassis.
No offset suspension and suspension on truck must function like a box stock truck.
Box stock motor or equivalent replacement to the rtr sct motor.
Any 2 cell lipo 5000 mah or less. (NO OTHER BATTERIES)

First time TQ and WIN with JRC

I just bought a used JRC edm car, and made my dirt oval debut at The Bakery this past monday night. After using my first heat (no practice laps with the car at all lol) to get used to what these dirt cars did, i tweaked the suspension and threw a ton of gear at it, and got the TQ ( less than a lap and a half from the track record in SB) in my second heat. With a nice hole shot, i lead the group for the whole race, all the way til the end, but my transponder stopped counting, and didnt officially win, but it was agreed that i did. Very happy with my JRC, cant wait to get back next week and go after that track record !!!

MurfDogg Racing has been hard at work trying to provide racers with the high performance parts they demand for their race cars. We are now proud to announce the release of our new 7075 Aluminum C-CVD kits.

Built exclusively for MurfDogg Racing by MIP, the undisputed leader in RC driveshaft precision and quality. Our new CVD's utilize MIP's latest C-CVD Technology. Each driveshaft uses the standard hardened pin, coupler and set-screw, but these also include a molded snap on ring that captures the pin in the event your set-screw comes loose.

Each Kit Includes:
(2) 7075 Aluminum C-CVD Bones with Hardened Outdrive Pin Installed
(2) Hardened Steel B4 CVD Axle (for more spacing options)
(2) True-Spin Axle Spacers (spreads load of the wheel evenly creating a nice flush surface for the wheel to mate with, reduces pressure on drive pins, places the pressure onto the inner race of your outer hub bearing)
(2) MIP CVD Couplers
(2) MIP CVD Set-Screws
(2) MIP C-CVD Capturing Rings
(2) MIP CVD Cross Pins
(2) MIP CVD Drive Pins
(2) 8-32 Locknuts
(4) Axle Shims (Use one shim on the inside, and True-Spin Spacer on outside for proper spacing on a CW rear hub carrier)

Available Now in three various combinations and lengths!
Part # CVD-B3AL - $40.00 (High Bite LM/EDM Chassis, without offset suspensions)
Part # CVD-B4AL - $40.00 (Loose Dirt LM/Sprint Chassis)

Help Havoc 2.4 to 2.6 Conversion

I recently purchased an original Hyperdrive Havoc with a 2.4 tranny. I want to convert it to a 2.6 tranny. I purchased an SC10 2.6 tranny and modified it for mid motor mount but the hole spacing at the chassis mount is wider. Does the delrin hyperdrive tranny case form Lefthander RC have the same mounting hole spacing as the 2.4 tranny case? If not, any suggestions on how to mount the SC10 tranny? Do I need to buy a new chassis plate? Hope not.
